| About This Event : | The goal of the Georgia Baseball Camps are (1) to offer a setting that enables prospective student-athletes an opportunity to showcase their individual talents; (2) to provide an environment to learn and improve mechanics and fundamentals in specific baseball skills; and (3)to offer the best quality instruction to ensure a positive baseball experience and prepare each player for their respective levels of competition. |

| Coach David Perno |
In eight seasons at the University of Georgia, David Perno has guided the Bulldogs to five postseason appearances, more than any other coach in program history. He has taken three Georgia teams to college baseballs ultimate destination, the College World Series, in his tenure. Most recently, Perno led Georgia to the NCAA Baseball Tournament in 2008 and 2009, the school's first back-to-back trips to the postseason since 2001-02. He also led the 2008 squad to the College World Series Finals, another Southeastern Conference title and a consensus No. 2 final national ranking, the second best finish in school history. He is one of only 12 men in NCAA history to take three teams to the CWS in his first seven years as a head coach. Link : More on the Coach |

Kris Edge - Director of Baseball Operations Kris Edge, a four-year starting outfielder for Georgia from 1999-2002, begins his first season back with the Bulldogs as the director of baseball operations. | Facilities |
Camp activities will be held at Foley Field, home of the University of Georgia Bulldogs, and other adjacent athletic fields for certain instructional times and specific needs. Foley Field has recently been voted one of the top 10 college baseball facilities in the country. Link : Foley Field |
| Elite "Top Dawg" Camp, July 6th - July 8th, (Ages 15 18) |
This is the ultimate Dawg experience for prospective college baseball players. With limited acceptance to maintain low coach-to-camper ratio, Top Dawg camp provides intense individual instruction, strength training, campus tour, academic counseling seminar, advanced defensive, offensive and pitching instruction. Campers wear authentic Georgia uniforms during the showcase games during camp and will be staying in one of the campus dorms. Future Prospect Camp, July 9th - 11th, (Ages 13 14) |
For skilled players who want to play college baseball. More advanced instruction, individual and team play. Specialized primary position play. Reviewing all techniques and skills needed to play at the college level. Three meals daily plus room in University of Georgia housing dorms. T-Ball / Little League Camp, July 12th15th, (Ages 7 - 12) |
A fundamental day camp for all ages. Basic skill instruction in fielding, hitting and throwing. Skill and drill work in the mornings with games in the afternoon. Lunch provided. Cost: T-Ball / Little League $300 Registration/Check-in: Monday at 8:30am at Foley Field first day Time: 9 AM 3 PM |

"Diamond Dawg" Showcase Clinic, Aug 7th - 8th, (Ages 15 - 18) |
"Showcase Clinic" provides extensive primary position play in morning along with hitting instruction and video analysis in the afternoon. Strength and conditioning seminar along with a minimum of (2) showcase games played on Foley Field for each camper. Cost: Showcase Clinic $375 Registration/Check-in: Sat. 9:00am at Foley Field first day of camp |

We are not allowed and will not reimburse pre-registered campers without a medical excuse from a physician. |

When you Register On Line here there is a nominal 5.5% processing fee however you actually reserve your spot instantly. You simply print a Secured reciept of the transaction at home and we provide the required forms for camp. We ask that you return the completed forms no later than two weeks before camp and bring copy of reciept/forms to check in the first day. You receive an email confirmation that contains all the pertainent info should it be misplaced. If you select the Down Payment option, we simply ask that you return to the site to make your final payment by July 1, 2010 or bring the balance in cash at check in. This Site does not store credit card numbers (only the last four digits) and NO information is ever used for 3rd party marketing purposes for any reason PERIOD! |
