Coach Staff Mark & Leisa Rosen arrived in Ann Arbor in 1999 and have dedicated their lives to Michigan volleyball. All aspects of the volleyball program have prospered under their watchful eye. Registration/Enrollment If you choose to register on line, there will be a 5% processing fee assessed to your credit card. Should you need to cancel out of the camp for any reason - this 5% convenience fee is non-refundable. By registering on line you will guarantee your spot in our camp immediately. You also have the option of mailing in your registration - and that will be handled on a first come/first serve basis depending on space available. After inputting all of the information required you simply print your receipt. You will also receive an email confirmation containing all pertinent information should they be misplaced. This Site does not store your credit card number or use your registration information for marketing purposes for any reason period! In order to assure a very low player to coach ratio, we limit camp enrollment. Please sign up early to reserve your spot.
Youth Day Camp Dates: June 17-20, 2013
This camp is designed as a fun introduction to the game of volleyball for children (5-10 years of age). Each day will include a 3 hour teaching session with a snack break at the half way point of the morning. The focus of this camp will be on basic volleyball skill instruction, games and fun activities. This will be an exciting and fun way to introduce your child to the sport of volleyball. Open to both boys and girls, space will be limited.

General Skills and Elite Skills		 Dates: JULY 7-10 and July 14-17, 2013

GENERAL SKILLS (Residents $450.00 ) (Commuters $350.00)
ELITE SKILLS (Residents $475.00) (Commuters $375.00)
There are 2 different camps offered again in 2013 - the General Skills and the Elite Skills camp.
The General Skills camp is geared toward beginner to intermediate level players ages 10-18 that would like to improve their overall skills.
The Elite Skills camp is designed for players ages 14-18 (birthday deadline on or before July 1) with high school varsity level experience who have a serious desire to play at the collegiate level.
Both of these camps are open to all girls ages 10-18. All campers will be tested during the 1st session of camp and placed in a group appropriate to their skill level within whichever camp they have registered for. This enables each court coach to have a very productive teaching environment for their entire group. The focus of these camps is to teach all of the skills required in volleyball as well as some specific position training. We will also put together teams so offensive and defensive systems are emphasized. There will be lots of games and an end of camp tournament that is always a lot of fun for the campers to participate in and for the parents to watch. Sign up early because the camps always sell out.

Cost: $1500 Per Team (1-10 players)
($150 per player above the 10 player max)
Housing option is available - it is not included in the cost of the camp.
Housing and Meal Package in off Campus Hotel

Our team camp is designed for high school teams. This camp will give your team an opportunity to train and compete together prior to the start of the high school season. The focus of the camp will be on competition but will also include position training and competitive drills instruction with the Michigan Volleyball Camp staff. Please call for a detailed schedule of camp events. Each team is required to have a coach accompany the team to camp. This is a commuter camp with a housing and meal package available at an additional charge - please contact the Michigan Volleyball Staff for more detailed information.
Facilities Cliff Keen Arena is the home for the Michigan Volleyball Camp program. It is a 2000 seat facility that is volleyball specific. It is one of the 3 facilities used for the summer camp. Registration and the end of camp ceremonies will be held @ Keen Arena. Every day the camp will open up and close the evening in Keen with Mark Rosen. All other facilities are within an easy walk that is supervised by camp coaches at all times. Keen Arena also features a training room with a certified athletic trainer and the camp store which will sell merchandise during registration and the final day of camp.

SUPERVISION. All campers will be under the direct supervision of the camp coaches during all training sessions. During the breaks and in the evenings the camp coaches along with the housing staff at the University of Michigan will provide constant supervision.
ROOM ASSIGNMENTS. Double occupancy rooms are utilized for summer camps. The only way to guarantee your roommate preference is to register together on the Sunday of camp. Team camp room assignments are handled differently so please call.
TRAINERS. A certified trainer will be present at all sessions.
CAMP SAFETY AND INSURANCE. Once you have recieved your registration confirmation, you will need to print out 4 forms that must be signed and returned 10 days prior to the start of camp. Those forms are: Parental/Guardian Consent, Health Insurance Information Sheet, UM Summer Camp Health Questionnaire and Physical Examination. These forms must be completed and on file with the volleyball staff 10 days prior to the beginning of camp.
Housing Information All resident campers, When you register On Line, all forms are provided with your reciept. If you need additioanl copies either go to the UofM website and print off the housing permission slip OR click on this link here labeled housing forms. This is to be brought to registration on the first day of camp. There is other information listed as well.

Refund/Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY. Your camp fee, less a $75.00 non-refundable administrative deposit will be refunded without question, if you cancel at least two weeks prior to the beginning of camp. At any time after that date, refunds (less the $75.00 administrative fee) will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physician. No refunds will be made after the start of camp.
