About This Event :	This will be the most intense clinic/club located on the Northshore this Spring! We will prepare you for the Spring Freestyle and Greco Roman season, and get a jump on next Fall's Folkstyle Wrestling season.

Tim Cysewski: current Northwestern University Head Wrestling Coach, Iowa All-American, 5-time Midlands Champion, Freestyle National Champion Drew Pariano: current Northwestern University Associate Head Wrestling Coach, former head wrestling coach at Cornell College, and 3-time NCAA qualifier for Northwestern University and NCAA Division I Assistant Coach of the Year. Date, location and parking:	Twice a week for 5-weeks starting: April 19th-21st, 26th-28th and May 3rd-5th, 10th-12th, 17th-19th Time: 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Please Note: There are no restrictions this session as to how many wrestlers from the same High School may attend the same workout. Location: The Ken Kraft Wrestling Complex in Anderson Hall, Northwestern University: 2701 Ashland Avenue, Evanston Illinois - We will have signs showing you directions to the back stairwell. Parking: North End of East Lot, just east of Northwestern’s Football Stadium on Central Street
Who should attend	The Wildcat Wrestling Club’s spring camp is open to high-school and middle-school wrestlers, both male and female, who want to prepare for the upcoming fall season, with both technical training/drilling, conditioning.
Rules	Any violation or abuse or the camp rules will cause immediate removal without refund.
Supervision	Every precaution will be used to prevent accidents. We do not, however, assume any responsibility for medical, dental, or expenses incurred as a result of accidents. A parent or guardian must sign the application before a wrestler will be accepted into the camp. A certified athletic trainer will be at every camp session.
Refund/Cancellation Policy	Registermefast.com DOES NOT issue refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of a processing error. In the event that you cannot participate or complete your camp, a partial refund can only be attained from Northwestern University Wrestling Club.
Early Payment Discount of $30	An early payment discount of $30 will be given if payment is made through 4/18/10. On 4/19/10 the standard payment is $325.

Upon completion, you simply print your receipt of the transaction and all the required forms are included. You will also receive an immediate email confirmation containing pertinent information should they be misplaced. Event Waiver :	NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY Waiver and Release Please read this form carefully and be aware that by registering your child and having them receive instruction from Mark Massery and other Wildcat Wrestling Club staff, from Sept 2009 thru August 2010, I, the parent/guardian will be waiving all claims for injuries your child might sustain arising out of his/her instruction. I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to recipients of instruction, and I voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of any and all injuries, damages or loss, regardless of severity, that my minor child/ward may sustain as a result of said participation. I further agree to waive and relinquish all claims against the Wildcat Wrestling Club, Mark Massery, Northwestern University, its officials, agents, coaches, volunteers and employees that I or my minor child/ward may have (or may accrue to me or my minor child/ward) as a result of receiving instruction. I do hereby fully release and forever discharge the Wildcat Wrestling Club, Mark Massery and Northwestern University from any and all claims for injuries, damages or loss that my minor child/ward or I may have or which may accrue to me or my minor child/ward and arising out of, connected with or in any way associated my child’s receiving instruction. I have read and fully understand the above waiver and release of all claims. By checking this Waiver Authorization and proceeding through the registration process, I will also complete, sign and return, at the time of this event, the paper waiver included with my reciept.
