| About This Event : | Preseason Training Camp is designed for maximum play so that you will be in the best "game shape" possible for preseason. 7 on 7 matches and evening full field games will allow you to sharpen your skills, refocus your mentality, and get you ready for the high pace of preseason training. Most of all it is fun, exciting, and eliminates the boredom of your summer training program. Come join us now for excellent, high level hockey and put yourself in championship shape for your college season! |

| Director Marcia Pankratz |
As the Head Field Hockey Coach at the University of Michigan, Marcia has guided the program to Five Big Ten Championships, three Big Ten Tournament Championships, three NCAA Final Four appearances winning the National Championship in 2001. She understands what it takes to build a championship program and be a successful field hockey player. | Director - Debra Brickey |
Deb is currently the Director of 4Goals LLC. She travels the country extensively promoting field hockey through camps, clinics, and tournaments. Deb has over 13 years of field hockey coaching experience as a Head Coach at Northwestern University and Virginia Commonwealth University and as an Assistant Coach at the University of Connecticut and the University of North Carolina.
As a graduate of the University of Iowa, Deb earned her Bachelor's degree in Education and Exercise Science. While a student athlete at Iowa, she was selected a two-time All-American and a three- time All-Big Ten Player. Deb represented the United States as a member of the National Team, competing all over the world. Deb has recently accepted a Head Coaching position for the USFHA Futures Program in Connecticut.
Prior to joining 4Goals, Deb was a Senior Manager with FedEx Office in the Connecticut Region.

| Our Camps Daily Schedule |
7-9:00am: Optional fitness testing:(Saturday) We will provide various fitness tests for you to practice so you can achieve your personal best scores at your teams preseason. 9-10:30am: 1 v 1 instruction | Corner practice You can practice a specific skill you want to improve, work on corner execution, or have tactical questions answered. 10:30am-4:30pm: 7 v 7 half field play Designed for exciting, fast paced action with maximum touches on the ball to help elevate your game to the next level. 5:30am-8:30pm: 11 v 11 full field tourney Practice your tactical decision making and spacing. Have an opportunity to start gaining that competitive edge.

| Housing and Meals |
4Goals Collegiate Camp is a Day Camp with no dorms available. 4Goals has discounted hotel rates available. Meals are not included. At registration, lunch can be ordered for delivery each day. |
| Directions |
From Albany, NY (about 3.5 hours) and points Northwest: Take I-90 East (toward Boston) to Springfield, MA exit to I-91 South to Hartford. In Hartford, take Route 2 South toward New London/Norwich, and pick up I-395 South. Take exit 78 onto Route 32 South. College entrance is 3 miles on right.
From New York City (about 3 hours) and the West: Exit 83 from I-95 Northbound. Turn left at the end of the ramp, proceed up hill to intersection, and then take right at light onto Route 32 North. College entrance is one mile on left.
From Boston (about 2.5 hours), Providence (1 hour) and the East: Take I-95 South. Just over the Groton Gold Star Bridge, take Exit 84 North from southbound I-95 to Route 32 North. College entrance is one mile on left.
From Worcester (about 1.5 hours) and points North: Take I-395 South to Exit 78 onto Route 32 South. College entrance is 3 miles on right.
From Hartford (1 hour) and points north (Western MA, VT): I-91 South to Hartford. Take I-84 East to Route 2 East to I-395 South. Take Exit 78 onto Route 32 South. College entrance is 3 miles on right.
From the Cross Sound/Long Island Ferry (15 minutes): Exit the ferry slip area and take a right on Water Street. Follow the signs for Route 32 North. College entrance is one mile on left.
