About This Event :Preseason Training Camp is designed for maximum play so that you will be in the best "game shape" possible for preseason. 7 on 7 matches and evening full field games will allow you to sharpen your skills, refocus your mentality, and get you ready for the high pace of preseason training. Most of all it is fun, exciting, and eliminates the boredom of your summer training program. Come join us now for excellent, high level hockey and put yourself in championship shape for your college season!

Director Marcia Pankratz As the Head Field Hockey Coach at the University of Michigan, Marcia has guided the program to Five Big Ten Championships, three Big Ten Tournament Championships, three NCAA Final Four appearances winning the National Championship in 2001. She understands what it takes to build a championship program and be a successful field hockey player.
Quoting Pankratz – "To be great, you must be passionate about what you do, push outside your comfort zone, and be relentless in the pursuit of your goals."

Our Camps Daily Schedule 7-9:00am: Optional fitness testing:(Saturday)
We will provide various fitness tests for you to practice so you can achieve your personal best scores at your team’s preseason.
9-10:30am: 1 v 1 instruction | Corner practice
You can practice a specific skill you want to improve, work on corner execution, or have tactical questions answered.
10:30am-4:30pm: 7 v 7 half field play
Designed for exciting, fast paced action with maximum touches on the ball to help elevate your game to the next level.
5:30am-8:30pm: 11 v 11 full field tourney
Practice your tactical decision making and spacing. Have an opportunity to start gaining that competitive edge.
Director - Debra Brickey Deb is currently the Director of 4Goals LLC. She travels the country extensively promoting field hockey through camps, clinics, and tournaments. Deb has over 13 years of field hockey coaching experience as a Head Coach at Northwestern University and Virginia Commonwealth University and as an Assistant Coach at the University of Connecticut and the University of North Carolina.

As a graduate of the University of Iowa, Deb earned her Bachelor's degree in Education and Exercise Science. While a student athlete at Iowa, she was selected a two-time All-American and a three- time All-Big Ten Player. Deb represented the United States as a member of the National Team, competing all over the world. Deb has recently accepted a Head Coaching position for the USFHA Futures Program in Connecticut.

Prior to joining 4Goals, Deb was a Senior Manager with FedEx Office in the Connecticut Region.

Camp ends by 2:30pm Sunday.
Housing and Meals 4Goals Collegiate Camp is a Day Camp with no dorms available. 4Goals has discounted hotel rates available.
Meals are not included. At registration, lunch can be ordered for delivery each day.
Directions From Philadelphia
Take Schuylkill Expressway (Rt. 76 West) to Exit 26B. Follow Rt. 202 South for approximately 20 minutes. Take High Street exit to second traffic light at Rosedale Ave. and turn left. Or take West Chester Pike (Rt. 3 West) to Rt. 202 S. by-pass. Follow Rt. 202 S. to High Street exit. Go to second traffic light at Rosedale Ave. and turn left. Go to next traffic light (New St.) and make left for South Campus, and right for North Campus.

From Western Pennsylvania (PA Turnpike)
Take Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 23 Downingtown. Follow signs for Rt. 100 South. Route 100 S. will become High St. in the Borough of West Chester. Stay on High St. until you come to Rosedale Ave. where the cornerstone of the University is located. Turn right, go to next light and turn left for South Campus and right for North Campus.

From New Jersey Turnpike (North or South)
Take Exit 6 for Pennsylvania Turnpike. Follow Pennsylvania Turnpike West for approximately 35 miles and take Exit 24, Valley Forge. Go about 1/4 mile to second exit, 26A, to Rt. 202 south. Merge left twice on Rt. 202 S. and continue for approximately 20 minutes. Go to second traffic light at Rosedale Ave. and turn left. Go to next traffic light (New St.) and make left for South Campus, and right for North Campus.

From Delaware, Maryland, Washington, and Delaware Memorial Bridge
Take Rt. 95 North through Wilmington to the exit for Rt. 202 N. (Concord Pike). Continue north on 202. (From the intersections of Rts. 1 and 202, it is approximately 7 miles to West Chester.) At the Holiday Inn proceed straight ahead under the overpass, following the signs for Business District, Rt. 322. Continue north on High St. to the second traffic light at Rosedale Ave. and turn left. Go to next traffic light (New St.) and make left for South Campus, and right for North Campus.

From Commodore Barry Bridge (New Jersey)
Coming from either north or south on New Jersey Rt. 295, follow signs for Rt. 322 West. Cross Commodore Barry Bridge and continue on 322 W. to Rt. 1. Turn left on Rt. 1 to Rt. 202 North. Turn right on to Rt. 202 N. and continue for approximately 7 miles. At the Holiday Inn proceed ahead under the overpass, following the signs for the Business District. Continue North on High St. to the second traffic light (New St.) and make left for South Campus, and right for North Campus.
